Cost control is one of the ways for enterprises to increase profits. Profitability is the purpose of an enterprise, and it is also the driving force for its survival and development in the market competition. Combined with my theoretical research and practical work experience, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current cost control system, probes into the effective methods of enterprise cost control, and puts forward the connotation and importance of cost control. Strengthen the market concept, clear control scope, select control standards, formulate control principles and so on. Cost control is one of the important means to improve the management level of enterprises by comprehensively reducing management costs, reducing costs and improving economic benefits. Among them, quota method is a kind of cost calculation method adopted by production enterprises in order to reflect and supervise the difference between production cost and product cost in time and strengthen quota management and cost control. This paper mainly discusses the standardized cost control method used to control the cost of enterprises. On the basis of taking the project consumption rate, cost and fixed cost as the goal in advance, the cost is reduced to the expenditure cost, and scientific management such as organized and systematic control, accounting, evaluation and analysis is carried out to ensure the expected realization of enterprise cost control strategy.
